Dr. Brady Maxfield fell in love with orthodontics and the ability to make a difference in people’s lives at a young age, as he worked as an orthodontic assistant during high school and college. He prides himself on attention to detail, which allows him to deliver the most beautiful and functional smiles possible.
When he is not in the office, Dr. Brady Maxfield enjoys basketball, football, golfing, water & snow skiing, hiking, and being outdoors. He especially loves spending time with his wife, Taisja, and their 4 children.

Dr. Wade Thompson
Dr. Wade D. Thompson first graduated from BYU with a Bachelor of Science, then received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington and Master of Science degree from the University of Louisville.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Thompson is a sports enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his wife Donnell and his three little boys. Dr. Thompson is very involved in his community, family and church.
Dr. Brandon Fairbanks
Dr. Fairbanks received his undergraduate degree from BYU. He also graduated summa cum laude from the University Of Louisville School of Dentistry, specializing in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.
By regularly participating in continuing education, Dr. Fairbanks is able to stay current on the latest technology and orthodontic treatments.
